My love of Lhasa Apsos began after we lost our dear ‘Rocky’ a Standard Poodle aged 13 ½. We had large dogs over the years, Sabre our first a German Shepherd who was so soppy, he passed over aged 10. Then came Ben a St Bernard a huge big teddy bear, who loved and slobbered over everything and everybody bless him. Sadly we lost him aged only four. Athough my first child had just come along, there was still a void an empty space, no welcome to come home to when we popped out, no unconditional love.

Until our old faithful Yoshi came along. We had decided to down size so to speak due to my Husbands ill health and had actually gone to see a miniature poodle who was expecting a litter and out bounced Yoshi who was a guest in the household and when he saw us at 11 weeks he put the skids on, it was instant love and so began our love of Lhasa’s After two years we decided to give Yoshi a friend, along came Sasha aged 7 weeks.

Several years down the line, I dearly wanted a little bitch having only ever owned dogs and along came my soul mate, my follower, my Dorjee. She has proved to be a very special little girl to all the family.

Next came Ponya jointly owned with Julia Warner of Snowtalia, as Dorjee is a tomboy, getting into all sorts of mischief, Ponnie is a delicate little girl who doesn’t like to get her feet wet in the rain.

It was my dream to have puppies from one of my own dogs and now to date, Dorjee has fulfilled my dream by producing a beautiful litter of puppies, so please open the pages and enjoy some of our many photos.
